1. Refunds / Returns - We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality workmanship and materials. No cash refunds. You may exchange your item, or you may have a gift certificate (credit) for a later time. We accept returns if the quality is not what was expected or if the item is not as described. 2. Repairs - We guarantee all of work for 90 days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced. After 90 days repair is always available; you are merely responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs. I will repair your items FREE of labor charges for the first year after purchase. USA: send insured with $4.50 for return postage & handling. Outside USA: send $7.00.
3. Postage and Handling - responsibilty of the BUYER.
4. Normal Shipping: Item will usually ship in 2-4 weeks, after payment is received.
5. Payments accepted: PayPal; PayPal with major CC; PayPal E-Check (item ships after cleared); Money Order; Bank / Cashiers Check
6. MA Residents will be charged 5% Sales Tax on appropriate items.

Refunds / Returns - Details
- The item must be in original "as new" condition.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured.
- Please return your item packaged securely, similar to the way it arrived! If you do not package your jewelry carefully and it arrives in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to accept it.
- NOTE: There is NO penalty or fees whatsoever when accepting an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT for your returned item.
